Strawberry Lime Ginger Protein Shake Recipe
1 lime, peeled and seeds removed
Handful frozen strawberries (about 6)
2 scoops Shaklee Life Shake Energizing Protein (Vanilla or Strawberry)
1/2 – 1 inch ginger root, according to preference
1/4 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz milk of choice
Add ice and blend to perfection
