Fresh Black Bean Salsa – Vegan & Gluten Free
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes with chillies, drained
1 cup corn
1 red onion, diced
Juice from 1 lime
1 bunch cilantro, stems removed, rough chopped
Combine in a large bowl.
If you have essential oils made for consumption, add 3 drops of lime oil
Stir well to combine.
Serve with tortilla chips, in an omelette, or as a topping for tacos.
